Job Description

This Finishing Foreman (m/f) job is for an experienced Finisher who has a good history working within the House Building industry. The successful candidate will be able to deal with all aspects of the finishing process from 2nd fix through to conclusion and locked door.
This is an excellent opportunity for a long term freelance contract, but in return the client will expect the commitment that of a permanent employee, the drive to complete the project on time and to ensure the correct specification is delivered.
The successful candidate will be able to 'hit the ground running' and be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the finishing process (with a good eye for detail) which has been gained by working with other industry leaders in the past. A history of working on high volume, high specification builds would be a necessary requirement.
