Job Description

A Site Manager / Supervisor is required for a Social Housing Refurbishment and Fit out. The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience and have worked in similar environments previously. This project has both void properties and tenants in situ; therefore, anyone applying for the position must be aware of the differences in working with these properties.

A trade background would be desirable. The candidate must have experience in the Social Housing sector

CSCS & First Aid would be preferred but not essential. It would be advantageous to have completed a Scaffold Awareness course.
