Job Description

As a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the country's largest residential developers, its strategy is to enhance and expand its share of the market by developing products and skills and improving its customer services in the regions it operates in.

A Site Manager is required by my client to take this site from inception, through to handover to the eventual buyer.
As the Site Manager, you will be required to lead by example on this busy site. The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager in taking overall control of the project. A good decision maker is necessary in order to make the day-to-day running of the site effective.
This particular New Build Timber-Frame development is a mixed site, consisting of houses & apartments (No. 50 in total).
Skills required include excellent management, communication and organisational skills. A good career history with Residential Developers would be advantageous.
My client is offering a excellent package to the successful candidate. An attainable bonus structure will also be put in place.
