Job Description
An exciting opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Associate Planner within one of the UK's leading independent town planning consultancies. Founded in 1996, their aims have always been to deliver added value through innovative development solutions and an enhanced environment. They require a forward thinking candidate who will provide specialist advice on a wide spectrum of development scenarios which will include planning appraisals, strategic planning advice and strategic site searches and community engagements. The role includes the exciting prospect of working on a wide variety of projects including major mixed use schemes, commercial, leisure, housing and regeneration schemes for a range of Blue Chip and public sector clients. They are looking to recruit in both London and Guildford. This consultancy offer market leading salaries and a range of benefits and there is also the prospect of owning equity in the company.
