Job Description

Work for a leading global construction Consultancy based in Maidstone. Due to expansion and increased turnover, our Client requires a Cost Manager/Senior Project Surveyor to provide a comprehensive, accurate and cost effective service for clients and report directly to the Associate/Partner. They are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, client facing individual to be involved in commercial developments within an exciting team environment.

A chartered QS of graduate calibre, you will be currently working as a Senior QS within one of the following:
-A professional QS practice
-A construction company
-A developer

You will have relevant cost management experience of some of the following sectors:
-Mixed use schemes (retail/offices/leisure/residential)
-Retail
-Commercial offices
-Business Parks / out of town
-Leisure
-Residential
-Education
-Remediation of Contaminated Land

You will most likely be seeking one or more of the following:

Qualifications:
Ideally a degree in a "built environment" subject and/or a relevant professional qualification, typically: MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent.
