Our client is a leading independent consultancy providing professional project management services to private and public sector clients within the construction and development industries, managing entire projects from inception to completion.

Commercial Development Project Manager required to work on a range of residential and retail schemes for blue-chip clients. The successful candidate will be capable and have a proven track record in residential and/ or retail projects. He/she will also have a solid client facing work history.

Based in Central London or the Midlands you should be professionally qualified, confident, a good communicator and able to drive projects through to a successful conclusion. Roles involve liaising directly with our developer clients to take the brief, report progress and obtain decisions, management of design teams through planning, detailed design and procurement and contract administration of projects on site. We expect you to have a sound grounding in contractual matters, ideally with experience of property leases and agreements, and an ability to retain focus on the bigger picture but with the technical capability to see day to day problems are properly resolved.

Salary and benefits are commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
