Job Description

Working as part of a close knit team, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring, communicating aspects and end results of this £25m higher education, new build project. You will need to have the ability to ensure that tenders and cost estimates are produced accurately to pre-determined deadlines, maintain cost records and database to enable cost planning and provide indicative comparisons and pricing. The ability to produce and manage accurate cost estimates for the Construction Division is a necessity.
