Job Description
A Senior Development Control Planner is required on a contract basis to work with this leading Local Authority based in Hampshire.
You will be dealing with a variety of planning applications including commercial, householder and more complex applications. Additionally responsible for attending committee meetings, providing evidence at hearings, undertaking site visits and participating in general development control duties.
Must have a degree in planning or related subject, RTPI status is desirable but not essential. Must have a valid UK driver license.
