Job Description
Our client an established residential managing agent is currently looking for an experienced senior client accountant.
The roles duties will entail:
•Taking responsibility of the complete management of all accounting for a medium sized portfolio
•To be responsible for all audit packs
•Prepare year end accounts to trial balance, split to Income, expenditure and balance sheet.
•Ensure compliance with ARLA and ARMA
