Job Description
Our client, a innovative property investor is looking for an experienced property management accountant to undertake the following duties:
•Service charge budgeting and accounting
•Monthly bank reconciliations
•Updating and maintaining the Blue Box database
•Production of Monthly and Quarterly Rental and Service Charge Demand Invoices
•Liaising with surveyors and Property Managers
•Supporting the Head of Property Accounting candidate Requirements:
•Experience of working in the property / real estate industry (6 months min)
•Experience of working with property accounts
•High level of attention to detail
