Job Description

Our client an established property investor is currently looking for an experienced Service Charge Accountant to cover a maternity cover.

The role requires:

•Payment processing, checking, coding and authorisation of service charge invoices
•Set up service charge budgets on the system
•Set up service charge apportionment's
•Variance analysis on service charge budgets
•Handle half year outlook reports and end of year reconciliations
•Set up and maintain tenant deposit bank accounts

Use of a property system such as Tramps, ECS, Yardi, APB would be an advantage - but full training would be given.
