Job Description
Hotel & Spa Resort that offers guests a variety of accommodation and restaurants.
We are currently recruiting for 2 x Chefs De Partie, singles, a couple or 2 friends to complete our professional kitchen brigade. Applicants should have a good track record with the relative experience in a quality establishment. It is essential that you are happy to work in a busy kitchen as we handle high volumes of business, average 250 covers per evening. Our menu consists of a variety of cosmopolitan dishes using fresh local produce with the emphasis on Fairtrade products.
Live-in accommodation is available along with a generous salary package, dependant on experience.
