£1.2 million investment and will be re-opening as a market leading family pub/restaurant in early June.
The site includes an 18 hole golf course, 40 bay driving range, 3 function rooms, sports bar, pool room, 300 cover alfresco dining area & a 200 cover family restaurant.
Located 30 minutes from the centre of London and just 5 minutes from the M25 & M40
I am looking for a strong chef to lead, motivate and develop a team within a busy branded environment. The role will include preparing and serving food from a branded menu within our required customer journey time, creating and maintaining excellent health & safety standards, ordering stock and completing weekly food stocks. This is without doubt a hands on role.
The accommodation is in a shared flat on-site, with a large double bedroom, kitchen & bathroom; accommodation is perfect for a sharing couple
