Job Description
We are looking for someone that is already a Senior Chef De Partie-Pastry or Sous Chef-Pastry or a Head Chef-Pastry, with a background in fine dining restaurants within at least a 2 Michelin starred Restaurant.
We are offering the ideal candidate terrific working pattern of 10 split shifts which includes half days on saturday, no work on sunday's plus 1 day off during the week!
This is a truly fantastic opportunity for an ambitious persons looking to make to great name for themselves and also to work with some very well known celebrities!
The ideal candidate will have a Pastry qualification and previous experience in a high quality kitchen in a similar role catering in modern French cuisine.
