French tapas style - lots of small dishes and expensive - very busy 100/200 lunch and same for dinner maybe more - large team in the kitchen and 3/4 pastry staff - salary £25K to £30K depending on experience - 3 days off 4Xworking days - split shifts - start ASAP
We are looking for someone that is already a talented Senior Chef De Partie-Pastry or Sous Chef-Pastry or Head Chef Pastry, with a solid background in a busy fine dining environment.
This is a truly fantastic opportunity for an ambitious persons looking to make their mark within this industry working on rota of split shifts of 4 days on and 3 days off.
The ideal candidate will have a Pastry qualification and previous experience in a high quality kitchen in a similar role catering in modern French cuisine.
