Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie in a quality Rosette Restaurant on the north norfolk coast. We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about cooking and good food, is energetic and enthusiastic and is a positive influence in the kitchen.
Candidates will have good all round skills and will be required to cover all sections in the kitchen including sauce etc. Preferably you’ll have rosette experience, but so long as you’re dedicated and committed to learning it’s not essential. You will however need a stable background in quality food operations.
