Job Description
Sous chef required for this busy two rosette bar / restaurant on the north norfolk coast. Candidates will ideally already be a Sous or a junior sous who is looking for a more senior post. This is a senior role within a busy kitchen and candidates must have the skills and temperament to be able to cope with a pressurised environment.
You’ll have plenty of input into menus and will be given the chance to develop your management skills and also learn about financial management. It is expected that you will know all about health and hygiene and safety regulations and will play a role in ensuring they are adhered to.
