Job Description
we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Manager for an extremely busy bar / restaurant situated on the north norfolk coast, near hunstanton.
we can promise a really stimulating and fulfilling working environment that changes daily.
You should first and foremost be passionate about working in a place that prides itself on the quality of its freshly made, award winning food.
You should have a good working knowledge of wines and cask ales.
You should have a solid background in a managerial role. It would be beneficial to hold a personal license.
You should have experience with dealing with very busy periods.
You will have experience in cellar management, including stock rotation and ordering.
