Chef de Partie - £16,000
We are looking for a passionate individual who is an experienced Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen, and who is comfortable working under pressure in a busy environment!
We need a chef who is capable to work a section on his/her own initiative, respecting the standards set by the Head Chef, to achieve consistency at all times.
It is an ideal position for a young Chef de Partie who wants to perfect his/her skills and further his/her career within an expanding company.
Only a short flight from London, Guernsey boasts high quality food and is a safe place to live and enjoy lower tax than the UK!
Accommodation is provided within walking distance of the restaurant and town centre.
