Job Description
We have an enviable reputation for providing quality Home Cooked food combined with excellent service in a friendly atmosphere.
Head/Sous Chef : must be able to maintain our excellent reputation for a variety of quality dishes from fresh, be creative and able to contribute great ideas for appetising daily specials, be responsible to run and maintain the kitchen to the highest standards.
Front of House Partner: must be presentable, fluent in English, have an outgoing and smiley personality, be customer focused and enjoy delivering the level of service that our customers have come to expect.
We offer superb accommodation in a staff house, just 3 minutes walk from the pub, lovely garden overlooking the countryside, (great for summer!)
Because we look for better than average staff, we offer a better than average salary package plus good tips.
