Job Description
Looking for Demi/Chef DePartie, to run a section in a small kitchen, a local village pub with 25 cover restaurant. 40 cover bar and 5 rooms. Recently opened after extensive refurbishment, looking to go places. Small brigade cooking one menu throughout from simple bar food to something a bit more special, using the best local and seasonal produce, everthing made on site from chips to bread. Using the best techniques. Head Chef London trained, very good working atmosphere. Looking for someone with a passion for good food and keen to learn, simple but cooked well using the proper techniques,, in a nice friendly environment and great surroundings. Looking to do about 50 hours a week. Immediate start, salary negotiable depending on experience etc. Live in available.
