Job Description

We urgently need a hard working and flexible couple to help us with the day to day running of our business.
COOK: must have some experience of cooking good country food to cater for all appetites, ranging from sandwiches and baked potatoes at the bar, smoked haddock, Selsey crab and lobster, home-made steak and onion pie, steaks to a hunger busting mixed grill.
GENERAL ASSISTANT: must be enthusiastic and motivated, able to use own initiative, offer friendly customer service in the bar and restaurant, realise the importance of clean and well-presented guest rooms, and always willing to lend a hand where needed.
Applicants must be prepared to commit to at least 6 months, and be fluent in English.
We offer a generous live-in salary package.
