Job Description

Site Engineer for As-builts. After extensive reconstruction and refurbishment works the Contractor requires an accurate survey of the works completed. Land Surveyors may also apply.

The Project is a 7 floor structure and upwards of 1200 items of work have been carried out over the last 6 months. The Contractor now needs these to be accurately measured and logged for presentation to their client.

The Procedure will see you utilising the existing gridlines and structural features, measuring off these and recording builders works items on A2 drawings, noting dimensions that vary or match construction criteria.

The Contractor has already moved onto a new site nearby and the opportunity would be available to move there to either continue working on As-builts or to the new work, subject to performance.

You will be CSCS carded and able to work alone and with minimum supervision, legally entitled to live and work in the UK, and keen to work with one of the progressive UK Contractors.
