Commercial Manager

A requirement is needed for a Commercial Manager based in Canary Wharf and working for a major player in the rail industry. As Commercial Manager you will support and ensure respective Area Lead Project Manager and Project Managers and teams are fully aware and managing all prime contract, subcontract, procurement, cost, planning and business aspects of their respective projects.

You will have a degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying is desirable. Experience in contract law, contract formation, administration, claims, cost and scheduling. Must have technical and administrative knowledge of all phases of, Fixed Price, Unit Price and Cost reimbursable, contract management. The candidate must have direct experience in managing workload distribution and execution of the work, as well as personnel interviewing, selection, performance development reviews, career development.
