Job Description

A Chartered Building Surveyor is required to head up a small Building Surveying team. You will be required to generate your own fee income while also managing and expanding the department.
Working on primarily residential instructions you will deal with a varied workload, which will include carrying out surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall instructions, Landlord and Tenant work, Maintenance and development specifications. In addition you will deal with planned maintenance and carry out diagnosis of defects.
An area of growth will require you to deal with an increasing number of project management and contract administration instructions on residential redevelopment and commercial conversions.
