You must appreciate and accept the concept of "working hard and playing hard". The contract is short, the hours are long but the beach is only 10 minutes away. The position will suit a practical, hands-on person with good customer service skills. Must be pleasant, willing and reliable with common sense. Must have the ability to live in a remote location with a small population and limited leisure activities. We are not necessarily looking for a highly qualified or experienced people. Some previous experience would be useful but is not essential. Above all we value willingness, flexibility, honesty, loyalty and a positive mental attitude. The ability to listen and learn are also important.
