Job Description
We require an Assistant chef to work in our Award winning Gastro style pub serving a range of traditional and modern british food made from locally sourced produce. There is a second outside kitchen that serves a range of grilled food and snacks and duties will include a rota system of working inside and outside. Applicants must have experience of a similar working environment and be willing to work a mix of straight and split shifts. Tip sharing, all meals on duty and all protective clothing included. Must be clean and presentable, and able to work minimum of ten shifts per week.
Initially this is untill the end of October 2008, but possibilty of permanent employment for the right candidate.
