Job Description

Night Porter/Cleaner:
Ensure the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night
Handle late arrivals and early departures.
Assisting in the running of the Computerised End of Day Audit.
Cleaning of the general pulic areas of the hotel.
Taking responsibility for all monies handled during your shift.
Ensuring customer requests are dealt with smoothly and efficiently.
Answering the telephone promptly and directing calls to the relevent departments
Make and deliver any Room Service orders.

Receptionist:
Good communication skills
Happy & helpful personality.
Checking our guests in & out using our Computerised system.
Checking correspondance to ensure guest reservations are correct.
Taking responsibility for all monies handled during your shift.
Ensuring customer requests are dealt with smoothly and efficiently.
Answering the telephone promptly and directing calls to the relevent departments.

Generally you will work 5 days out of 7.
