Job Description
We are located by train approx 1 hour from Manchester, 5 hours from London. We have an excellent reputaion for great food and service and are looking for a Sous chef to join our talented brigade. You must be creative and have passion for food, be able to run the kitchen on the Head chefs days off, writing menus, stock control, ordering etc. Cooking to at least 2 rosette standard
Salary negotiable depending on experience, live in accom may be available.
