Job Description
In this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of surveying dwellings with disrepair and diagnose building defects related to the disrepair. You will produce schedules of works and report findings following the inspections.
You will need to display excellent communications skill when dealing with solicitors/tenants and other surveyors and act as expert witness when appropriate for court attendance.
