Job Description
Working in this newly formed multi-disciplinary design team within the Infrastructure Investment Construction Design Group.
The role is based in Manchester with a national remit and provides a full design services for RIBA Stages A to L for projects on this organisations extensive Commercial and Operational Property Portfolio.
You will be a MBIAT or ABIAT qualified Architectural Technologist based and be responsible for the development of initial design proposals through to preparation of detailed design drawings.
In addition you will be responsible for the architectural development of allocated proposals from clarification of remit to project completion and assist in the development of architectural and engineering design solutions to best satisfy organisational objectives.
