Job Description

Qualified Social Worker Team Manager is required to manage a multi-disciplinary team including youth workers, Educational Welfare Officers, Connexions Workers, Behaviour Support Teachers, family support workers, social work assistants and similar working to support children, young people and their families at a preventative/early intevrention level. Suitable candidates will need to have experience of managing teams in children's services and have excellent liaison skills with partners, including schools and health services. This post is based in Essex and candidates will need to be car drivers.
