Excellent opportunity with a Lincolnshire based Local Authority who are looking for a Development Control Area Planning Officer.
Main duties include:
Processing of planning applications - Ensure that submitted proposals are complete and correct and contain sufficient information, to make site inspections of each application, where necessary, to compile clear and reasoned reports and make recommendations to committee, attending committee meetings, to provide advice to members of the public on general planning matters and to attend as an expert witness and present the Councils statement of case at local hearings and public inquiries.
You will be degree level educated or equivalent with Membership in Royal Town Planning.
