Job Description
In this role you will be working across a number of sectors including commercial developments, public new build, residential development, sports facilities and leisure.
Project values range between £100k- £200m. You will be responsible for existing and new client contracts. Travelling principally within the North.
You will carry out CDM Co-ordinator duties, reviewing contractors Health & Safety on site and raising awareness of Health & Safety in general.
A track record of construction or design consultancy is required along with NEBOSH to Construction Certificate level, a member of IOSH / IIRSM and the APS. A thorough knowledge of the application of the CDM Regulations and the changes made in 2007.
