Job Description

Our client, a 3* country house hotel with a 2 rosette restaurant is seeking to appoint two waiters/waitresses to their permanent staff. The hotel, situated just outside Oxford, is a family owned business and is proud to boast that the buildings date back to the 11th century! The historic building and wonderful grounds make it a beautiful and unique hotel venue for conferences and weddings. Waiting staff will be required to work 5 days per week with 2 days off per week and will have to cover a combination of straight and split shifts. Duties will include normal duties of Setting the Restaurants; (serving guests, polishing glasses, cutlery and crockery), Bar Duties, Serving of morning coffee and Afternoon Tea together with general cleaning duties etc. Successful candidates need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, with good interpersonal skills and a high level of English. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and must be able to commit to at least a year in the post.

Salary £11500 per annum + possible overtime.
