Job Description
We currently require the services of a Site/Construction Manager to manage a 14 week commercial refurbishment in Welwyn Garden City. The project will involve soft strip followed by a high specification re-fit with a build value c.£750k.
Person Specification
To be considered for this position you will have managed the refurbishment of high specification commercial developments and have a proven track record of delivering projects to program and on budget. You will have completed the CITB 5-Day Managers Course and ideally be First-Aid qualified. This is an ideal opportunity to take control of a project from the start and has the potential for long term employment for a suitable manager.
