Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with an excellent truck manufacturer body shop department
This new role is as part of a team of estimators and will entail:
Greeting the customer to the bodyshop
Checking in customer vehicles
Going round the damaged vehicle with the customer (to ensure all accident related damage is covered)
Up-selling tyres, additional repairs, and smart repairs.
Checking and seeing courtesy vehicles out where necessary
Liaising and negotiating with insurance engineers
Generating estimates on commercial vehicle with regards to accident repairs
Return the vehicle to the customer upon completion (when customer collecting only)
Taking payments from customers and allocating to repairs
The candidate must have knowledge of accident damage repairs, estimating skills, good people skills
Starting Salary £25k per annum based on a 40 hour week.
Hours will be 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday
