Within this successful large practice, you will be working within a small client focussed team. This role will encompass:

° Producing design proposals
° Producing specifications for construction work drawings, plans and documents.
° Attending meetings and liaising with clients on-site.
° Supporting senior technicians.

The candidate will be demonstrate strong decision making, problem solving and technical abilities.

° You will be qualified up to HNC/ HND level.
° Knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous, however training is available.
° You will have full knowledge of current UK building regulations.
° You will demonstrate the ability to identify and communicate factors that affect the development process.
