Job Description
You will be dealing with planning applications, appeals, enforcement, development appraisals and LDF on a daily basis.
General duties:
To keep up to date with all statutory changes.
To keep up to date with all change in policy and guidelines.
To develop new initiatives to expand the company’s client base.
A relevant planning degree/masters
Experience is desirable but not essential
A full current driving licence
A good knowledge of the planning system
An understanding of relevant planning laws
