Job Description

You must have previous experience with setting out for formwork, steelwork, piles and possess a working knowledge of concrete (slip-form / Jump-form experience a definite advantage). You will be working as part of a site team and will be responsible for all setting out on site and management of subcontractors.

You should also hold a good understanding of reading and interpreting Steel Drawings. You must possess strong surveying and supervision skills and have a strong knowledge on QA with respect to Steel and formwork. You must be able to work long hours and most Saturdays.

You will be setting out for Piles, Ground Beams, Slip Forms, Slabs, walls and drainage. You will also be co-ordinating and dealing with sub-contractors.

Previous UK experience is preferred however not essential as is a current CSCS Card. Please send your CV to cv@carmichaeluk.com.
