Job Description

The key objective within this role are as follows, contract delivery, preparation of accurate and prudent cost /value analysis, accurate budget preparation, site measurement, preparation of interim and final accounts, pricing of variations, good quality and accurate records, maintenance of cost information and the preparation and agreement of sundry accounts

Preferred Qualifications

A vocational qualification would be preferred.

A knowledge of QS work in the civil construction industry and the wish to make a career of this.

This role will require candidates to act as part of a team to deliver activities which support operational objectives, manage a variety of tasks and to plan accordingly within the short-term, make decisions within parameters set by management, interact with stakeholders around specific work efforts and deliverables, support delivery of Health and Safety policy and standards, supervises the activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards taking account of impact outside area of responsibility
