Job Description

We are a 5* De Luxe Hotel part of a large International USA chain and located in the heart of London City, and currently looking for an experienced and very ambitious Sous Pastry Chef who is looking for their next step to become a Head Pastry Chef!!

The pastry department has 10/12 Pastry Chefs and we offer great shifts, sociable working hours, and we are part of a large International chain of Hotels offering ongoing training and development sponsored and paid by us!!!

The ideal candidate will have a Pastry qualification and previous experience in a high quality kitchen in a Sous Chef role.


We offer
Salary of Β£21,000 per year – reviewed after 3 months!!!
Overtime paid
2 Days off per week and 4 weeks paid holidays
Free meals, uniform and other various benefits that you would expect from an International and reputable Hotel chain
Work in a large, well-equipped and air-conditioned kitchen
