Job Description
Looking for someone that is already an outstanding Senior Sous Pastry or Head Pastry, with a background in fine dining restaurants within at least a 2 Michelin stars.
Fantastic working hours and shifts with some weekends off!!
The ideal candidate will have a Pastry qualification and previous experience in a very high quality kitchen in a similar role catering in modern French or European Fine Cuisine.
We offer
Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per year depending on experience
Overtime paid an fantastic rates!
Excellent hours and Shifts
Occasional half days on Saturday's, Sunday's and 1 day off in the week!!!
