Job Description
We are currently looking to fill the role of Senior Sous Chef.
We are looking for someone that is currently a Senior Chef De Partie or a Sous Chef or even a Senior Sous Chef with Hotel background and not necessarily in fine dining.
We need somebody who is very organised with good supervisory skills with plenty of ambition!
We are noted for producing excellent fresh food and light bites.
The working rota will consist of 5 straight shifts
We have a large team of true kitchen professionals, only the freshest ingredients are used, and the kitchen is well-equipped and spacious.

The ideal candidates will be hard-working, passionate and focused. Relevant experience is essential.

Annual salary of between £25 to £30K per year (depending on experience)
