Job Description
We are currently looking to fill the role of Junior Sous Chef.
We are looking for someone who is currently an outstanding Senior Chef De Partie or even already a Junior Sous with a strong background in fine dining restaurants but not in hotels
We are a very busy restaurant providing fine French cuisine.
The rota will consist of split shifts of 3 days off and 4 days on.
We have a large team of true kitchen professionals, only the freshest ingredients are used, and the kitchen is well-equipped and spacious.
We offer continuous support & development and a great future for the right candidate.
The ideal candidates will be hard-working, passionate and focused. Experience is necessary and knowledge of French & Mediterranean cuisine is a plus, but not essential
