Job Description

Learning Disabilities Qualified Social Worker required to work within West London Social Services Team. Suitable Qualified Social Workers will have Post-Qualifying experience of working within a Learning Disabilities Team for over a year. You will be required to conduct Placement Assessments of all referrals, Duty Work; Complex referrals in and out of borough; Care Management and planning of all referrals, producing cases for panel; Risk Assessments of all caseload. You will also be required to work in an anti-discriminatory manner and maintain service user confidentiality at all times.
