Job Description
We offer a fantastic working environment, provide you with continuous support including on and off the job training & development.
You will be working 5 days per week with 2 days off, have a professional Team to support you, and we will offer a fantastic basic salary plus service charge and weekly cash tips. If required Luxury accommodation could be provided.
The ideal candidate will have:
Hotel & Catering qualification
Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor looking for a step up
Strong managerial and customer service skills
It is essential that the Assistant Brasserie Manager has an excellent knowledge of Wines & Cheeses
