A government agency has an immediate contract role to provide Quantity Surveying services to support them on M&E refurbishment contracts, maintenance and repair contracts. The post holders main responsibilities are to monitor cost relating to various building projects from the initial calculations through to the final figures. Candidates must have several years of local government or UK build experience, an understanding of preparing costing for tenders, monitor cost during the project and must be IT literate.
