Job Description
Head chef required for a new fine dining restaurant. You must have previous experience in a busy 3 AA rosette or Michelin establishment as Head Pastry chef. You will be responsible for running the section and training the staff serving modern desserts. you will be looking to help gain accolades and awards. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. The restaurant is owned by a major player in the restaurant scene and will get lots of press.
