Job Description
My client is looking to employ a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer with a very technical bias to work in their Peterborough office.
Main Duties:
· Assisting with the analysis of slope instability, designing of slope remediation solutions.
· Assisting with the design of foundations and buried structures for infrastructure and superstructure renewals and new developments.
· Supervision of contractors undertaking site investigations
· Undertaking site assessments
Skills/Experience:
· BEng Civil Engineering or BSc Geology or Engineering Geology
· MSc Foundation Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
· Site investigation experience, some knowledge of logging soil and rock to BS 5930
